Seminar on General Labor Law
The General Labor Law Seminar offers participants the opportunity to expand and strengthen their knowledge of the main principles that regulate labor relations between workers and employers, both individually and collectively.
Through this training program, participants will learn about the history of work, the legal norms that regulate it, its principles and sources, as well as the fundamental elements involved in labor relations. They will also become familiar with the content and use of the Labor Code, acquiring the tools to make appropriate inquiries when necessary.
During the seminar, essential knowledge related to the Individual Employment Relationship, the Collective Employment Relationship, and aspects of Procedural Labor Law will be addressed, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of this important area of Law.
The program is structured in four modules:
Module 1. General Introduction to the Work
Special Labor Jurisdiction and management of the Labor Code.
Module 2. General Principles of Labor Law
Principles established in Book One of the Labor Code.
Module 3. Collective Labor Relations
Rules and provisions related to collective relations, as set out in Book Two.
Module 4. Procedural Rules
Procedural aspects established in Book IV of the Labor Code.
