Criminal investigation is an area that requires training and constant updating of officials involved in the accusatory criminal process, and other areas of law that require effective investigation. It is for this reason that this diploma has been created due to the need that arises in Panama to reinforce and complement the knowledge of professionals in the administration and processing of the place where a Conduct that merits an investigation was presented; from this the evidence and material elements that are important and become the fundamental axis of the researchers emerge.

Graduates, technicians and technologists in different fields of knowledge, such as: judges, prosecutors, lawyers, psychologists, investigators, experts, among other public officials involved in the accusatory oral criminal system and who are interested in knowing and/or delving into the regulations and procedures related to the proper management and processing of the place of events.
To participate in the course, it is recommended that the participant have basic knowledge of Panamanian criminal law, in relation to procedures and management of the crime scene.
Taking into account that the diploma will be carried out virtually, the following aspects are important:
- Computer knowledge at the user level in videoconferencing tools such as Meet, Teams.
- Management of office package tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point.

The diploma in Management and Processing of the scene of the facts, is designed 100% online, which has been designed and built so that the participants (students, teachers, supervisors), can interact permanently and easily, which allows the appropriation and construction of knowledge.
The diploma has an intensity of 112 hours that will be carried out during a period of four (04) months, in which self-learning activities, collaborative work and synchronous sessions will be developed. The schedule of the program is set out below:

This diploma will be developed by two teachers, Professionals, technicians in the criminalistics areas, with certified experience in the field and training in technological tools for teaching.
