Act of Ceremony
Dear graduates, please accept our cordial greetings.
The big day has arrived! At UMECIT, the graduation ceremony for all our campuses and the online program is our moment of greatest pride and joy. Today we celebrate the fulfillment of our graduates' dreams and the loving support of their families. It fills us with profound satisfaction to see their hard work transformed into a professional degree.
Graduates are invited to confirm their attendance at the ceremony from October 9 to November 2, 2026 (or until all available places are filled), complying with the following requirements:
Participation requirements:
Have the status of approved graduate on the Cibersity platform and be up to date with all financial and library obligations.
Before confirming your attendance, you must pay for the graduation gown directly at the cashier's office of the venue where the ceremony will take place. (Payments via Yappy or bank transfers are not accepted.) This does not apply to graduates residing abroad.
Complete the online registration and attach proof of payment for the gown. (required)
If you're traveling from abroad, please review the special instructions in the participation link. (Province of Panama and international virtual mode).
Attendance at the virtual ceremony applies to graduates residing in another country.

Starting November 6, 2026, invitation cards and ceremony instructions will be sent gradually to graduates who have confirmed their attendance. They will also be invited to a virtual information session to explain the graduation ceremony protocol and procedures.
Additional notes
- The dates for invitation delivery, diplomas, and graduation ceremonies are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any modifications will be communicated promptly.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements could result in the cancellation of the registration for participation in the graduation ceremony.
- There are no refunds once payment has been made for the robe rental.
