Act of Ceremony
Dear graduates, please accept our cordial greetings.
For the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT), The graduation ceremony is the most significant institutional event. This ceremony not only symbolizes the culmination of an academic stage, but also celebrates the commitment of families and the success of our graduates, who today see their efforts realized as they receive their professional degrees.

Satisfaction survey of your educational experience
Dear GraduateWe are committed to continuous improvement, so we ask you to take 5 minutes to evaluate your satisfaction from your educational experience and transition to the labor market, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement for the Institution. In this sense, in compliance with the provisions of Executive Decree 285 of May 28, 2021, which regulates the protection of personal data. UMECIT University states that the information provided is confidential and will only be used for internal academic and administrative purposes.
Participation requirements:
To have the status of approved as a graduating student on the Cibersity platform and be in good standing with all financial obligations.
Pay for the gown directly at the cashier at the venue where the event will be held. (Yappy payments and bank transfers are not accepted.)
Complete the online registration and attach proof of payment for the gown. (required)
If you're traveling from abroad, please review the special instructions in the participation link. (Province of Panama and international virtual mode).
Attendance at the virtual ceremony applies to graduates residing in another country.
Invitation card
Starting June 23, 2026, invitation cards and ceremony instructions will be sent gradually to graduates who have confirmed their attendance. They will also be invited to a virtual information session to explain the graduation ceremony protocol and procedures.
Additional notes
- The dates for invitation delivery, diplomas, and graduation ceremonies are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Any modifications will be communicated promptly.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements could result in the cancellation of the registration for participation in the graduation ceremony.
- There are no refunds once payment has been made for the robe rental.
