This event, organized by the Academic Vice-Rector&#039;s Office, had as its main objective to socialize crucial elements of the Neo-Cyberhumanist Curricular Educational Model and the didactic guide for learning.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training was a valuable space where the bases of the educational model that UMECIT has adopted, known as &quot;Neo-Cyberhumanism&quot;, were shared. This educational approach is characterized by its emphasis on the integration of technology, humanism and the training of highly competent professionals in a digitalized world.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the most notable aspects of the training was the importance of teachers integrating the substantive functions of teaching, research and extension into their educational work. This integration seeks to generate in students the necessary skills to successfully face the current labor market, which demands multidisciplinary skills and a deep understanding of technology and society.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The active and committed participation of numerous professors in this event demonstrates the interest in enriching the educational experience at UMECIT and ensuring that students receive high-quality training that prepares them for the challenges of the future.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At UMECIT, we are committed to constantly evolving our educational approaches to offer our students the best tools and resources possible. This training is an important step in that direction and reflects our commitment to academic excellence and the comprehensive preparation of our
