Some of the consequences of chronic stress include anxiety, depression, fatigue, poor concentration, memory problems, and sleep disturbances.<\/p><p>It is important that health sciences students learn how to manage and reduce stress effectively to protect their well-being and improve their performance. Some effective stress reduction strategies include meditation, regular exercise, socializing, effective planning and organization of time, seeking emotional support, and cognitive behavioral
