class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>With the purpose of publicizing the functions performed by the <strong>Unit of\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\"><strong>Financial Analysis (UAF)<\/strong>, directed by Magister Isabel P\u00e9rez\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Henr\u00edquez, will be carrying out this training day, the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">which is aimed at professionals in charge of compliance with the Law\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">23 of April 27, 2015, lawyers, students and the general public.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>The Financial Analysis Unit<\/strong>, is the national center for the\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">collection and analysis of financial information related to the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">crimes of money laundering, financing of terrorism and\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as well as\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">as well as for the communication of the results of this analysis to the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">authorities of investigation and repression of the country.<\/span><\/p><p>It is a state security entity, of an administrative nature, with\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">functional and budgetary autonomy attached to the Ministry of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Presidency in order to comply with the provisions of Law 23 of April 27\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">of 2015.<\/span><\/p><p>It has financial, human and technical resources that guarantee its\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">operational independence in the performance of its functions\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">analysis and management of intelligence information.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Taking into account the above, our House of Studies and the UAF unite\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">efforts in order to contribute to teaching in the prevention of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism and the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif);
