Initiating the concretion of joint activities within the framework of the inter-institutional agreement\u00a0signed between our House of Studies and the University of Panama, this afternoon a\u00a0<\/span>awareness meeting to raise issues of priority interest from the area of\u00a0<\/span>research and graduate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The agenda of the meeting focused on the analysis of the possibility of carrying out\u00a0<\/span>joint investigations that contribute to the country's research priorities, from\u00a0<\/span>various areas of knowledge, within the framework of the strategic objectives established in the\u00a0<\/span>PENCYT.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Additionally, joining efforts to strengthen scientific journals,\u00a0<\/span>aware of the importance of dissemination and dissemination of knowledge that is generated from\u00a0<\/span>research, as well as possibilities for inter-institutional academic exchange.<\/span><\/p>

This meeting marks the beginning of important actions, led by the rectors of both houses\u00a0of study, which will make it possible to achieve important inter-institutional objectives, which will result in\u00a0<\/span>benefit of university educational quality and research in Panama.\u00a0<\/span>On behalf of the University of Panama, Dr. Francisco Farnum, Head of the\u00a0<\/span>Office of Scientific Publications and Dr. Jazel Villalas, Director of Research.
