Recently&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">the oceans conference was concluded with the participation of 100&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">countries and the country that stood out was Panama, in the same act a&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Executive Decree where it is evidenced that Panama is the second country in the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">world that is protecting the oceans, plus Panama is one of&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">the 3 countries with the negative carbon footprint and with the 68 % of forest, the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">agreement is a good opportunity to promote consultancies&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">environment,&quot; said the minister.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Milciades Concepci\u00f3n, Minister of the&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial; font-family: var(--zilom-font-sans-serif); font-size: 1rem;\">Environment and the rector of our House of Studies, Jos\u00e9 A.
