They also gained a more detailed understanding of the legal framework applicable to the SMV&#039;s sanctioning procedures, strengthening their legal analysis and interpretation skills.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This academic outreach experience contributed to the development of critical thinking, legal analysis, and a practical understanding of the regulations governing the stock market in Panama. It also fostered knowledge exchange and collaborative learning in an environment directly linked to professional practice.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through these types of initiatives, UMECIT reaffirms its commitment to a comprehensive, practical education connected to the national reality, providing its students with experiences that complement their training and prepare them to face the challenges of practicing law in the legal, economic, and financial fields.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The academic tour represents a demonstration of the importance of learning beyond the classroom, generating spaces that allow future professionals to investigate, analyze, participate and responsibly approach the reality of the legal and financial
