of the Neo-Cyberhumanist Teacher Award, a recognition intended to highlight teachers who, through their educational practice, inspire, innovate and transform the teaching and learning processes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Neo-Cyberhumanist Teacher is a professional who promotes learning experiences oriented towards the integral formation of the student, integrating technology as a tool to enhance academic development, creativity, innovation and personal growth.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>What will be valued?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The voting will consider different dimensions included in the Neo-Cyberhumanist Curricular Educational Model, among them:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital subsistence.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Global citizenship.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conscious ethical commitment.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sustainability.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Techno-digital skills.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creative, critical and prospective thinking.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Research, innovation and entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The teacher&#039;s ability to organize learning spaces and implement innovative strategies that promote meaningful educational experiences and respond to the needs of students and the challenges of the current environment will also be valued.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Who can vote?<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entire UMECIT university community is invited to participate:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teachers, students, graduates and administrative staff.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each vote represents an opportunity to recognize the work of those who make education an experience of transformation,
