Disciplinary or multidisciplinary studies are accepted, provided they align with UMECIT&#039;s research areas.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Once you express your intention to participate, the Institutional Research Protocol will be sent to your email, to be submitted once completed, through the means provided by the university.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The financial aspects linked to the project must be detailed and duly justified in the research protocol form (including participation in scientific events and publications to disseminate advances or results in scientific journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science).<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The maximum amount of financing per project will be 2,500$, subject to prior assessment and approval.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The research team whose proposal is approved will be automatically linked to the corresponding institutional research group according to the project&#039;s theme, committing to participate in the activities associated with the dynamics of the research group, under the general coordination of the Research and Innovation Center.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Regarding financing, the funds will be subject to the disbursement procedure established by the Financial Directorate of UMECIT, which will be shared with those responsible for the selected proposals.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Faculty, staff, or graduates whose projects are approved must sign a contract outlining their commitments and UMECIT&#039;s responsibilities.
