Participating entities included the Ministry of Health (MINSA), the Public Prosecutor&#039;s Office, the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (IMELCF), the Ministry of Public Security (MINSEG), CIIMET, and various academic institutions.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Representing UMECIT were Dr. Gressy Z\u00fa\u00f1iga and Ms. Alanis Tamayo, who participated in this important technical forum aimed at strengthening the national response to the new dynamics of the drug phenomenon.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Panama Early Warning System represents a strategic advance for the country, consolidating itself as a key tool for the timely identification of new psychoactive substances, emerging drugs and other threats that may affect public health and citizen security.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
