The event was held in a hybrid format, promoting spaces for analysis, discussion, and the collective construction of knowledge within the various academic groups.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, there was participation from evaluating teachers who guided the research contributions and enriched the training process, including: Miriam Jim\u00e9nez, \u00c1ngel P\u00e9rez, Francis Escobar, Osvaldo Sol\u00eds, Karen Botello and Mar\u00eda Guerra.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the evaluation of the projects, the following research projects were highlighted:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\ud83e\udd47 First place:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWater and Community: Situation of the Public Well in the Chitr\u00e9 Forest Park\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Developed by students Jaime Villarreal, Agustina P\u00e9rez and Anabetzy Guti\u00e9rrez, under the tutelage of teacher Mar\u00eda Guerra (Bachelor&#039;s Degree in Environmental Management).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\ud83e\udd48 Second place:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEquality before the law and its impact on the rights of the father in the Republic of Panama\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, presented by Paula Rodr\u00edguez D\u00edaz and Mart\u00edn Moreno Donoso, under the tutelage of the teacher Daniel Cede\u00f1o (Bachelor&#039;s Degree in Law and Political Science).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\ud83e\udd49 Third place:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDiseases associated with pollution of the La Villa River\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, developed by student Jaime Luna, under the tutelage of teacher Osvaldo Sol\u00eds.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>\ud83c\udfc5 Honorable Mention:<\/b> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAccumulation of garbage and risks to community health on El Ret\u00e9n beach, Herrera province\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, presented by Yulianis Guerra Dom\u00ednguez, Yolanda Ortega and Meybelin R\u00edos Vega, under the tutorship of teacher Masiel Vergara.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the research projects stood out for their high methodological level and social relevance, demonstrating the students&#039; commitment to generating applied knowledge.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this type of initiative, UMECIT reaffirms its commitment to research as a fundamental axis of academic training, promoting the development of critical, innovative professionals committed to the transformation of their environment.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
