Participants expressed their enthusiasm for being part of the project, recognizing it as an opportunity to stay active, strengthen their skills, and improve their overall well-being.<\/p><p>The presentation was given by Lic. V\u00edctor Tejada, representing the Psychological Clinic, along with the Extension Coordinator, Mgtr. Alexis Del Cid, who leads the project at the center. They facilitated a participatory space that fostered open dialogue, allowing them to understand the needs, interests, and expectations of the attendees.<\/p><p>With this activity, UMECIT reaffirms its commitment to social responsibility, promoting spaces that recognize and value the contribution of older adults, fostering a more inclusive and conscious
