To this end, qualitative surveys were conducted with 24 participants, organized into four key stakeholder groups: unemployed women, labor law experts, employers, and union representatives.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This study seeks to identify the typologies that characterize female unemployment in the region, as well as analyze the relevance of women&#039;s rights and the application of current regulations in the labor market. The results aim to generate valuable input for institutions such as the <\/span><b>INAMU<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><b>MITRADEL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in order to contribute to the design of public policies that promote gender equity and labor inclusion in Veraguas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this experience, UMECIT contributes to the <\/span><b>applied research<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and with the comprehensive training of its students, who are actively involved in processes that contribute to
