The activity demonstrated a high level of interest, commitment, and participation on the part of the students, consolidating the connection between theory and practice within their learning process.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Results achieved<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Mixological Workshop managed to articulate the substantive functions of the university:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Teaching:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Effective application of theoretical content through real and contextualized practices.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Research:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experimentation with techniques, ingredients, and presentations, stimulating creativity and sensory analysis.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Extension:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Projecting knowledge into scenarios specific to the tourism sector, fostering professional skills.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Management:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Coordinated planning among teachers, students, and administrative staff, demonstrating institutional capacity to organize high-impact training experiences.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In conclusion, the Mixology Workshop represented an enriching academic experience that contributes to strengthening the professional profile of future Bilingual Tourism graduates, consolidating their preparation to face the challenges of the tourism and hotel sector.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
