This strategic alliance allows students to not only observe but also implement physical training methodologies, aimed at developing essential technical and professional skills for their future careers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weights Laboratory<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, students have the opportunity to experience a comprehensive training experience. The theoretical and practical course allows for the conceptual understanding of strength training principles, while promoting reflection and structuring of programs applied to weightlifting. This pedagogical approach responds to the need to prepare physical educators capable of designing, conducting, and evaluating training plans with high quality standards.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For its part, the subject <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direction of Inferior Bicycle Training<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It aims to provide methodological tools for teaching and directing aerobic activity.
