Solano Hospital and the Municipality of La Chorrera - through the Department of Citizen Security - the opening of the new <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Dual Pathology Care Center<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">, which will begin operating on April 25. Solano Hospital, and the support of students from the Criminal Law Seminary at the UMECIT La Chorrera campus: H\u00e9ctor Ibarg\u00fcen, Yudineth Hoy, Astrid Cortez, Nadieska Murillo and Ileana Reyes.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.3800000000000001; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">During the event, progress and reflections were shared on the judicial mechanisms that allow for the rescue and social reintegration of people with dual pathologies, highlighting the value of collaborative work between academia, the judicial system, and the health sector.<\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height: 1.3800000000000001; margin-top: 12pt; margin-bottom: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #000000; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal;
