Vergara Tello<\/b> \u2013 <i>Female Teacher of the Year<\/i><i><br \/><\/i> \ud83c\udfc6 <b>Guadalupe Elena Hern\u00e1ndez Ibarra<\/b> \u2013 <i>Female Graduate of the Year<\/i><i><br \/><\/i> \ud83c\udfc6 <b>Abigail Taveras Rodr\u00edguez<\/b> \u2013 <i>Female Student of the Year<\/i><\/p><p>The event was attended by the distinguished presence of the <b>Alternate Deputy of Circuit 6-1, Dr. Malena R\u00edos Delgado<\/b>, and the <b>Mgter. Yecenia Alfonso de Osorio, Mayor of the Municipality of Pes\u00e9<\/b>, who highlighted the importance of women&#039;s participation in politics and in building a more equitable society.<\/p><p>The ceremony was enriched by the intervention of the <b>Dr. Olga Nelys Tapia<\/b>, a renowned jurist, who gave an inspiring presentation on the role of women in the political, social, and economic spheres from a legal perspective.<\/p><p>To close the evening, UMECIT Chitr\u00e9 reaffirmed its commitment to gender equality, highlighting that this is not only a fundamental human right, but also a key pillar for building a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world. The honorees were encouraged to continue promoting ideals of <b>Justice, honesty, transparency and the fight against inequality<\/b>, promoting positive changes in every area where they are
