This participation not only allowed them to apply in a practical way the knowledge acquired in their studies, but it was also an invaluable opportunity to develop crucial skills for their professional future in the field of occupational health and safety.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The structure of the brigade was designed to maximize both learning and the effectiveness of the intervention. Among the students, specialized disciplines were organized, including the participation of a firefighter, two paramedics and two nurses. These professionals, who are currently studying the degree, together with their peers, provided expert guidance and constant support throughout the day, ensuring that each action was aligned with the highest safety standards. This organization allowed the students to become familiar with the dynamics of work in real emergency situations, enriching their understanding of the protocols and responsibilities involved.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The academic practice carried out during the day not only strengthened the students\u2019 technical skills, but also gave them a clear insight into the importance of teamwork and effective communication in emergency management. Interaction with experienced professionals allowed students to receive hands-on, practical training, improving their response and leadership skills in critical situations. This practical approach significantly complemented the theoretical training received in the classroom, providing a comprehensive learning experience.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In summary, the participation of the Occupational Health and Safety students in the Emergency Brigade during the Research Day was an academic exercise of great value. It not only allowed them to apply and reinforce their knowledge, but also prepared them to face the real challenges they will encounter in their professional lives. Collaboration with expert professionals was essential to guarantee the success of the day and ensure that the students leave this experience better prepared and with a deep commitment to occupational health and safety.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
