The UMECIT Leader is the student or sports representative who, from collective leadership, critical thinking, negotiating spirit, social sense, sports discipline and a high sense of service orientation, will establish a harmonious relationship between their peers or athletes and the UMECIT instances in all matters concerning university activities.<\/span><\/p>

UMECIT leaders are exemplary students who have an active commitment to their university and athletic community. They have the ability to positively influence other students, encouraging participation in academic and athletic activities, and fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.<\/span><\/p>

Through collective leadership and sports discipline, they foster teamwork and cohesion in the university community. In addition, their critical thinking and negotiating spirit allows them to develop problem-solving skills and reach win-win agreements.<\/span><\/p>

University Welfare is seen as a transversal axis in university life. It is also a program attached to the Vice-Rector for Control and Institutional Development, which ensures that everything embodied in Policies, Regulations, Processes and procedures complies with the conception of the Cyber-Humanist curricular educational model.<\/p>

The unit strives to improve conditions for the members of the university community by implementing comprehensive strategies in different areas in order to provide adequate physical and mental conditions for all members to feel supported and comfortable at the University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
