The UMECIT University Wellness Program seeks to develop activities that generate a culture of preventive health in the community. Such are the cases of different campaigns aimed at promoting healthy habits, care for good living, care for emotional life, among others that affect people's general health. Likewise, it has brigades aimed at primary community health care, mental and emotional health consultancies, physiotherapy services that work to promote the best practices and behaviors in the health of students and athletes in the UMECIT community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We also belong to the Ibero-American Network of Health Promoting Universities, where the entire educational community in the region comes together to share, exchange and\/or develop products that are relevant to needs and generate a collective good, helping to leave traces within the new generations and the societies that will emerge.<\/p>

On the other hand, it develops the Inclusive Education Program where, from the integrity of the concept, socialization, adjustment, assessment, empathy, solidarity and a sense of equality work with the collective to all prioritized groups that are inside and outside the walls of the institution.
